Mefeater Takes Over New York Fashion Week With Their 2025 Galentines Runway Show

It’s February, and if you know what that means, you know we are in the thick of New York Fashion Week. There’s a fresh group of notable talent, including designers, stylists, and models, that are ready to leave their mark in the fashion industry. As we get a sneak peek into the fashion trends for next season, creators have taken a full adventure of stepping out of box and exploring abstract shapes, colors, patterns, and designs.

While it was a cold and snowy evening, Mefeater Magazine hosted their “Galentines Runway Show” on February 8th, and hundreds of attendees poured into The Glasshouse to celebrate the most stylish and trending looks that will be turning heads for months to come. In attendance were notable heavy hitters such as Olympian Hurdler Alaysha Johnson, rappers Phreher, Cleotrapa, Justina Valentine, Conceited, and The Breakfast Club’s own Loren Lorosa made a guest appearance as a model walking the runway. R&B Princess Honey Bxby and Grammy Nominated Artist Durand Bernarr took the stage and gave us an unforgettable musical performance.

The show celebrated three esteemed designers who are shifting the narrative of the fashion landscape. Their creativity and unique style designs made an imprinted on everyone in the room.

At the end of the evening, the owner of Mefeater, Gabrielle Amani came out with such confidence and grace and thanked the crowd for coming out. “I’m so proud of my team. I’m blushing because I’m nervous, but I’m excited. I’m so proud of the designers, the hair, shoes, nails, makeup, and style teams. I am so proud of the sponsors Keyssoulcare, Denmanbrush, and Mielleorganics because without them, this wouldn’t be possible. I want to thank you all for coming out and supporting the show. You guys get to see all the hard work that goes into the show, but most of all, I want to thank MY TEAM”.
